Please carefully read the following General Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) and our Privacy/Cookies Policy below before using this website (“Site”). By using this Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy of Briefplace. In order to use this Site, you must be at least 18 years of age and be able to form legally binding agreements.
The following terminology; ‘Expert’, ‘You’ and ‘Your’ refers to the experts that we refer you the user to.
These Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy as well as the information and materials contained in the Site are subject to change from time to time without prior notice.
Briefplace may periodically modify these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, and any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. You may not under any circumstances use any part of the content on the Briefplace website for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

Our Website may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Briefplace and we therefore have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Briefplace shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
Limited Liability
Briefplace will not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of the profits) arising in contract, tort or otherwise from your use or inability to use the Website or any content or from any action taken (or refrained from being taken) as a result of using the Website or any content of it, including in respect of infringement of third party rights arising from the your use of the content.
Viruses
Briefplace does not assume any responsibility, and shall not be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your equipment or other property on account of your access to or use of the Site.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you want to cancel your order and/or receive a refund then you must get in touch with the experts and refer to their refund terms. Briefplace does not offer refunds.
Refunds
Our experts collect and process payments. We do not hold any payment information.
Taxes
You are responsible for paying any taxes, including any goods and services or value added taxes, which may be applicable depending on the jurisdiction of the services provided. You acknowledge that you must comply with your obligations under income tax provisions in your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions
When a Customer purchases a subscription, every month Briefplace will bill the Customer in the amount stated at the time of purchase, using the payment method specified by the Customer. Subscriptions begin as soon as the Customer has successfully completed the sign-up process, including payment confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically, on a monthly basis, unless the Customer cancels the subscription. The Company may change its pricing, but Customer subscription billings will not be changed without the Customer’s permission. Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time by contacting Customer Support.
Beneficiaries
Briefplace annually invest in four accredited carbon offsets, this is so we can then offer a combined offset product. We retain the right however to rotate, stagger, or invest in single accredited carbon offsets at any one time. We may therefore not be investing in all four at any one time, but this is our aim!
Intellectual Property
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Website and its content, the "Briefplace" name and mark and Briefplace images and tooling. Those works are protected by intellectual property laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. You are not granted any right to use, and may not use, any of our intellectual property rights other than as set out in these Terms. You must not use the Website (or any part of it or its content) for commercial purposes; however, you may download material from the Website solely for non-commercial, personal use by you.
No part of the Website, including, without limitation, the text, designs, graphics, photographs and images contained in it, may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, re-posted, modified, transmitted or distributed or otherwise used in any way for any non-personal, public or commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
Changes To Terms
Briefplace reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 90 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Website.

This Privacy Policy is where we explain to you what personal information is collected when you visit our site, how it is collected, how we may use that information, where we store it, how long we store it for, and how we protect it.
